Hi, I'm Kelly, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario.

My Education & Training
Get to know me
I've always loved animals and couldn't imagine my home without a pet! I have an active blue heeler mix who keeps me moving. Learning agility and competing for fun with my dog has brought me so much joy over the years.
In my downtime I enjoy reading a wide variety of books. Some of my favourite genres are; fiction, thrillers, murder mystery, personal development and anything psychology and therapy based.
Camping, canoeing and hiking with my partner and dog are some of my favourite activities. I also enjoy travelling to new places. Exploring Torres del Paine National Park in Chile is on my bucket list!
Something that scares me is the thought of going deep underwater. Scuba diving or being in an underwater cage with sharks nearby is at the top of the list for terrifying life experiences for me. I'd turn this down even if you paid me!
