At Therapy with Kelly, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Our sessions integrate psychotherapy techniques, mindfulness practices, DBT skills and a strong dose of self-compassion to help you achieve balance and healing in all aspects of your life.
60 Minute Individual Session

Individual Adult Session Working together in a 60 minute window to focus on what is most important to you. We can explore goals, skills and tools for coping with the circumstances you are facing. You want to feel empowered, I want to help you leave each session feeling resourced and ready to face the challenges of the day.

Individual Teen Session (16+) As a teen living in today's world, you face many challenges and obstacles. Friendship, school, family life and stress are only scraping the surface. Let's explore how you can feel even keel and balanced while managing your busy and quickly changing world.
90 Minute Individual Session

Individual Adult (90 min) Session For clients who would like a bit more time to fully process their thoughts, have a big event to discuss or simply wish to not feel rushed, the 90 minutes we share are completely focused on what is most important to you.
